The University of Alabama Patent Policy

The University of Alabama's Patent Policy applies to all graduate students. A copy of the policy can be obtained in the Graduate School or can be found on the web at http://facultysenate.ua.edu/handbook/append-g.html. Graduate students performing research shall report to the Office of Research any invention or discovery which they have conceived or developed during their enrollment as a graduate student or employment as a graduate assistant.
